I am writing this testimonial for Colin Clarke, not just for me but on behalf of my family. My first experience with Colin’s services was when he came to service my gas central heating, and I was very impressed with his prompt service and how thorough and tidy he was: in fact, my gas fire was gleaming by the time he left! A few days later, my son, who lives close by and who had been having issues with the central heating in his rented property, called me late one evening, extremely upset as the heating had broken down and was leaking. The normal engineer that attended the property had advised that the only solution was for everything—the pipes, radiators, and boilers—to be ripped out and a whole new system installed. The Landlord had spoken to the engineer and advised that if this was the case due to the price that the engineer was quoting, then he would rather close the house down than get the heating fixed. I called Colin and explained the situation, whilst adding that my son has a young baby in the house. Colin then went round the next morning to have a look at the problem. My father met him at, as my son was at work, and called me after to say how impressed he was with the thoroughness of Colin’s inspection and also that he had been able to offer a solution to the problem that did not involve replacing the whole system. This was some weeks ago and the boiler is still working! Previously it had kept breaking down or leaking every few days. The Landlord has now also promised that he will replace the heating system in due course and will have no hesitation in employing Colin to carry out this work as he is pleased with the result, the cost and the speed and efficiency that Colin responded. I would highly recommend Colin for his professionalism, service and also for the way in he is so customer focused. I know for sure that me and my family will now continue to use him whenever we need any work or servicing done on our central heating systems.

I asked Colin to come and service the boiler since I had discovered that it was 6 years ago since we last had it done! He kept me informed about his timings, came as agreed, and completed the job in record time; it even came complete with a certificate! I would have no hesitation in recommending him as a boiler engineer to anyone I know.
