Really impressed with the service from start to finish. So professional and caring. I had a new boiler installed for my elderly mum, and the concern and thoughtfulness by all the team was indeed over and above. The price was competitive and I never once felt pressured. Not only was the engineer first rate at fitting the boiler, but he kindly pointed out other potential health and safety concerns in the home. I will definitely use OMEGA
