Excellent service. Turned up as arranged, Andy was friendly and abliging, completing the job quickly with zero fuss. The invoice arrived and was exactly as quoted. Brilliant.
I had a truly terrible experience with this lot. A routine job of fitting a new shower led to 18 months of awfulness. Numerous leaks- damage to ceiling of room below/ needing redecoration 3 times and despite numerous visits by them by disinterested plumbers problems never properly rectified. I got another plumber in eventually who took whole lot out repaired rotten floor from water damage and refitted a new cubicle and shower. Dale Stephenson’s refused to accept any liability and wouldn’t offer any compensation. I would strongly advise not to use them. Poor quality workmanship and poor customer service
Waited 2 months for an invoice just to find out that the charged price is twice larger then initially discussed.
