Consistent, high, quality of service from Plumbtec. Their Industry knowledge and articulation of support is superior to that of most companies in the area. Its nice to find a company that still takes pride in their workmanship and brand reputation. After they completed their work, unlike most, they cleaned and left everything as it was before they arrived. Sounds trivial, but is a rare consideration with most tradesmen we've had.

Fitted a new a boiler and shower. Quick to respond and excellent customer service. Would use again. Jim

I'm unable to provide 0 stars so will give them 1 star. Didn't fix the problem they came to fix, no transparency around costs, very aggressive customer service. Would not recommend

The service we received from the guys and girls at Plumbtec was second to none, the customer service from those is the office was brilliant and when the engineers turned up to complete the work at the property they were conciencous and extremely hard working. The left no mess in the house and the work was completed to an incredibly high standard. I wouldn’t think twice about contacting Plumbtec for further work in the future and I highly reccomened them.. keep up the good work all!
