I found Joe to be a pleasant and professional plumber. I had a concealed cistern replaced, kitchen tape replaced and new sealant around the bath. Excellent job and reasonably priced. I have used him twice, and he is now my 'Go-To' plumber for small to medium jobs.

Joe really helped us with some advice on how to fix a wobbly loo seat. There was no financial gain in in it for him but he spent time and effort to help us fix it. Would recommend.
