Louis fitted a replacement combi boiler and a NEST thermostat control for us at our holiday house in Devon. He came up with a very neat solution to the pipework and electrical cabling involved, gave us a competitive quote and did the work exactly as promised. He is a very pleasant chap to deal with. And helpful - e.g. he volunteered to make a return visit to help me get the NEST thermostat set up. While he was doing the job he identified that we had low pressure from the gas mains and very obligingly got in touch with the gas company on our behalf to ask them to fix it.
