Access Heat replaced some old taps today in my downstairs toilet, even cleaned the limescale from under old taps fair price , clean and tidy work. Will use again if needed and would recommend to anyone.
Plymber took 2 hours to arrive. The company turned out to be nationwide and not local despite the number being local and the info on Google said Dartmouth road! So got properly ripped off. £189+ vat for call out and 1st hour plus £18+vat for a new part. Job took him all of 30 minutes. Not happy. I'm on a low wage and could not afford this. Credit card balance has now grown substantially. The plumber they subcontracted from Exeter was however very nice and very efficient and very sympathetic. Do not use this company unless you want to get ripped off.
