1 star not deserved. No one gets back to you & each time you call you have to say the same problem again for weeks! Often the excuse is someone is off work ill. Still waiting to hear back form somebody as w're freezing here!!!!

Fantastic experience with RGV Engineering. Replaced an ASHP, cylinder and pipework. Even though a few issues encountered everyone we dealt with was professional and polite. Communications with Mark and the team very good and RHI dealt with easily with Bob. Very happy and would highly recommend.

Absolutely shocking experience with RGV engineering. Missed appointments (My tenant took the entire day off of work) Recently delt with a supervisor I received great service and helpful advice.
