We required radiators removing, updating to newer/better models etc. Also an outside water tap was installed and two new taps fitted in the downstairs loo. Richard visited to quote and Jack and Ollie did the work which was excellent. The admin staff were very pleasant and knew exactly what was happening. I will surely use this firm again and recommend them to friends.
Tom arrived promptly, was knowledgeable, careful and competent, as well as friendly and pleasant. As well as completing the work scheduled (an oil boiler service) he gave me helpful advice on my additional queries about the condition of the pump and expansion vessel. Another big bonus for Stonehenge - they answer the phone! Three months later, my pump started making loud rattling and humming noises, quite alarming! Stonehenge sent an engineer the next day, the pump was replaced on the spot (the part was carried on the van) and problem solved. Many thanks to Tom for the work.
Tom was the plumber on this occasion to install a new boiler for our elderly cousin. He did a first class job and was very professional in his dealing with her. The job was completed on time and in a very tidy manner. The whole dealing with the firm was very professional Thank you.

Excellent, called Friday as boiler stopped working, lady who answered my call was very helpful and friendly, said she would get someone out that day, gave me name of person and time. Sure enough Jack and his helper arrived in the afternoon, they were very pleasant, started to look for the problem and explained to me exactly what he was doing, very quickly he had solved the issues, checked to make sure all was working well, no mess left behind. Very pleased with how this was dealt with from making the call, the way the work was carried out and payment of invoice. Would highly recommend.
