No sales pitch, they discussed the options and even tried to save the existing one against all odds. Very courteous, total integrity very reasonable. Friendly and professional service. I contacted Steve after my boiler started making a strange noise and he was able to identify and fix the problem quickly and efficiently. Would recommend him every time.
