O'Neill Plumbing & Heating

We are very dissatisfied customers, this plumber Terry O'Neill did a very small job and several months later raised an invoice and continued to hound us threatening to pass to debt collectors. Totally unable to resolve anything no customer service received whatsoever. The work he did was really poor, we had lots of problems with it leaks, connections which were impossible to use, he never apologised, he returned to the property without notice to our tenant although we requested he did give notice to our letting agent. Terrible Experience!

Great service, called Terry with a suspected gas leak, he got around to my house almost before I'd put the phone down on him! Tested for, and identified the leak within minutes and sorted the problem. Not only did he fix the problem, he also offered a lot of sound advice on gas safety too. I know where I'll be going for all my gas plumbing needs from now on.
