Called here in the New Year with a faulty tap cartridge. Man behind the counter Gary was very helpful and I was subsequently able to locate what I needed. Went back today and ordered a wash basin and toilet for a new shower room. Very keen prices and great customer service. Went to Orillo trade counter today 10/7/19 and asked for technical help. Ideal standard toilet was overflowing water. Again very helpful advice given about replacing a washer and how to set about doing it. Problem now fixed and saving money as house is on metered water. Great company, well done again.

Shockingky rude customer service. The employee didn't even look up from reading his paper to serve and answer questions. We won't be using the company again!
