Friendly and reliable. I've used Dan for a number of jobs now. He's easy to get in touch with him and if he doesn't answer straight away, he will call you back. We've discussed a couple of plans and quite often Dan will make some great suggestions that I'd not even considered. To find a reliable plumber isn't easy, but Dan is reliable. I'm really pleased to be able to recommend him.
