Service was excellent from start to finish. Detailed design service and personable attention to detail. Fitting of my kitchen was hassle free and my fitter helped us with some bespoke work which was very unexpected and we are thankful for. Defineatly recommend them due to the broad range of skills available.

Poor customer service, Website says they do 10-year payment plan on Boilers, but when you ask they said they only do 2 years, You push again and then they say 5 years. They said they would update the website to stop advertising services they do not hold but has yet to be seen. I was told they would give me a call back but nothing yet.

Fords South West Ltd responded quickly and efficiently when I needed an Electrician. I wouldn't use anyone else!

Rather underwhelmed. Not impressed and won't be bothering them again.

Absolutely terrible service. Having obtained a quote for some work 6 months ago I then waited for my promised call - it never came. When I rang again I was told I would receive a call back - that never happened either. Rang again 7 days ago and was told I would receive a call back - shouldn't come as a surprise to know that that call never materialised either. I've given this company every opportunity, but am now cutting my losses. Totally unreliable. I have to give one star in order to post this but if it were possible I would give zero stars.
