Our plumber was extremely helpful but the administration is woeful. I had to follow up with them 3 times, first for a quote, second because they sent out the wrong part and third to ask them to return and fit the correct part.

Came to do a quote for my parents for replacement heaters. Said that the quote would be posted and nothing has ever showed up and not even a call. Would not recommend!

So nice it be able to purchase what you want and take it away same day. Delivery an option too. No 20 days wait like its competitors.
