Always fantastic, quick and affordable service. The office is attentive and understanding and communicates well. I have on a few occasions had an engineer out the same day and strive to fix immediately. Recently, the engineer moved his day around to fix my issue the same day since we had guests arriving. He was professional, friendly and competent. We have never had an issue with the quality of work or the quotation. So pleased to have a dependable company right on my door step.

Work completed today by Ben was well done. On arriving another fault was found, but Ben assessed what was needed, had the part on his van and completed this additional work efficiently and without any fuss. Pure Plumbing and Heating have just completed a very complex refurbishment of a main bathroom and ensuite in our flat. Matt has been absolutely amazing. Calm, professional with a real "can do" attitude he has patiently kept me informed every step of the way. Nothing is too much trouble for him. The project was completed to a very high standard, and everything was left extremely clean and tidy - HIGHLY recommended!
