Best Quality Plumbing

We had Royer come out on 7/5 to fix a supply line leak in the master bath. He said it was the angle stop leaking, although we said it was leaking from the hot water supply line. My husband and I have done a lot of plumbing repairs ourselves over the years, but we said ok, repair the angle stop. On 7/10, I went into the bathroom and heard what sounded like sprinklers running at my neighbors. Unfortunately, it wasn’t and the plumbing was again leaking, FROM THE SUPPLY LINE! It completely flooded the bathroom carpet, padding, and into the bedroom. He then proceeded to fix both angle stops and supply lines and we told him we were not going to pay him this time since we had initially told him it was the supply line to begin with. He claimed he had a video of the leak, but when I asked him to show it, he said he had sent it to his boss. HOW CONVENIENT! He proceeded to charge us $400 to install a new pressure regulator and relief valve and while doing so, removed the front yard sprinkler handle for some some reason (we think it started leaking on him when he was installing the new regulator and relief valve and he just didn’t want to deal with us anymore). When we called Sergio about the problem, he never returned our calls, avoiding us. Although we had a carpet cleaner come and I removed the padding and carpet that was soaked, it started to smell so we now have a claim filed with our insurance because of the damage he caused. They now have to do mold restoration and remediation, remove damaged drywall, baseboard, tear out the vanity, etc., etc. all thanks to “Best” Quality Plumbing. What a joke, I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy! Isn’t it sad that people won’t accept responsibility these days. Now we will have to pay out thousands. One star is too much!

Best Quality Plumbing is my go to plumber! I will use NO ONE else! We have used them several times over the past 3.5 years. They are always professional, prices are very fair and are upfront about the cost of the job/repairs. I would highly recommend Sergio and his entire crew. Mike in the office is great as well. Sergio is very polite and professional. He was available the same day and was the only one I found with reasonable pricing. He made sure to complete his job with no leaks. He is very clean and careful with his tools on not getting the floor dirty. Definitely keeping him as my go to plumber.
