I selected this plumber because of good reviews on Checkatrade and because he is shown on their website as being based in Canterbury where I live, not in Ashford. I made an appointment that was confirmed by email but he never turned up, and didn't even bother to phone despite the fact that I had given him both my home and mobile numbers.
