Telephoned at 8.15 in the morning with a boiler leak. Received a call out, diagnosis and temporary repair, with replacement part put on order, within 30 minutes.

Waited in all morning with no show, so I phoned up & he had gone to an emergency! Next avaible appointment was 5 days away & we are sat here freezing cold grrrrr!
