On the recommendation of other local tradesmen I contacted this plumber for an emergency call out. He didn't turn up and didn't have the courtesy to contact me to explain the delay or to arrange another time. So I contacted him and he agreed to call the next day at lunchtime. Again he didn't turn up and didn't take the initiative to get in touch. When I contacted him he sent me this text: 'Hi Erik sorry but John has called by not sure what's happened there I could be with you in 15mins thanks Paul'. Not sure what's happened? Who is he fooling!? Nobody 'called round' as both my wife and I were at home at the appointed time. My advise: AVOID AT ALL COST!
