DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WHAT SO EVER … DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WHAT SO EVER THEY PLAY GOD WITH YOUR MONEY AS AN ENGINEER  ALSO SEND ENGINEERS TO CUSTOMERS PROPERTIES AND DON'T HAVE A CLUE WHAT THERE DOING I MYSELF HAVE BEEN TOLD BY A TENANT AN ENGINEER ARRIVED TO DO SOME WORK AND GOT HIS PHONE OUT TO LOOK IT UP ON YOU TUBE ALSO THE ENGINEERS ARE NOT CERTIFIED IN ANY TRADE ESPECIALLY ELECTRICAL SINCE I HAVE LEFT APPROX 2 MONTHS AGO 4 ENGINEERS HAVE ALSO LEFT AS THEY HAVE ALSO HAD WAGES SHORT BY OVER £500 A MONTH IF NOT MORE ALSO AN OFFICE EMPLOYEE HAS NOW LEFT 2 WEEKS AGO  THEY ARE NOT ANSWERING MY PHONE CALLS WHEN I CALL ABOUT OUTSTANDING MONEY THEY OWE ME SO I THINK I MAY HAVE TO INFORM CUSTOM HOUSE AND OTHER BODIES  THIS IS A SHODDY COMPANY AND YOU WOULD DO FAR BETTER FINDING A REPUTABLE COMPANY WITH GOOD RATINGS  This company also has a black mark against from Barclays bank themselves  I will be adding more of a review if they don't pay me what they owe me

In my role as a property manager, I have been using Proact for over 3 years now and overall I am very impressed by their service. They are always prompt and charge a reasonable price. As managing agents, we are scrupulous in our attention to detail. Therefore, it is important for us to use service providers, who have excellent reputations for completing jobs on time, to high standards and within defined budgets. I highly recommend Proact based on my experience of using their services.

I use Proact for most of our maintenance/repair work and from personal experience, i find them to be excellent at what they do. i would highly recommend them ( in fact i have)

I work for the Multiple Sclerosis Society and we manage a property in Barnet that was bequeathed to us as a legacy. Proact fixed a long-lasting issue with water ingress into the property from the roof that had not been correctly fixed by a previous company, and have carried out gas and safety checks and work to the inside of the property as well, all in a timely, courteous and very efficient manner. The previous company that we used had not been able to fix the water ingress issue and were a nightmare to deal with but Proact were able to diagnose the issue and provided photographs of the problem area on the roof before and after their intervention. I highly recommend Proact based on my experience of using their services.

The services themselves are quite good although more often than not the workmen are 30+ mins later than the time originally booked. But my real issue is the customer service. I had electrical works booked but they weren't completed as expected due to issues with the electrical supply in our house. As such the electrician assured us that we'd be refunded for the incomplete works and electrical parts that weren't installed. Nearly 2 months later and after many emails and phone calls to Proact I'm yet to see anything by way of a refund. Everyone assures me it is being looked into and that they will get back to me... this has never happened without me chasing time and time again. I will never use Proact again unless I am compensated for this inconvenience and refunded immediately.
