Bathroom not fit for purpose of showering/washing, once Keith had got his money he made no effort to solve the problem himself. Walked away & left a disabled lady with no hot water pressure therefore could not use the shower or bath & just a trickle from the sink tap. When this was pointed out Keith did not attempt to solve the problem himself instead he put us in contact with a completely different company & they did not fix it. Unfortunately Keith had been paid as he affirmed that the bathroom was all OK & it looked complete and attractive, we trusted him. Since then we paid another £800 to fix the problem with a young efficient plumber. Would NOT recommend.

The ladyI spoke to tracy, to make the appointment to replace my bath was friendly and efficient. The plumber arrived within his set time frame. He was professional, did a great job and left the area clean. He also answered my questions. I would use this plumbing company again and I will recommend them without any hesitation.they even rang me the following day to find out if all was well > what more can you say about this company. thanks again , mr wilson
