I have been using Abbotts Maintenance since late 2015 when our old boiler failed and they worked over the Christmas holiday to make sure we had heating and hot water (knowing we had a small child in the house at the time). Have used them for boiler service and other issues since (our timer failed a few weeks back and they sorted it promptly). Always responsive, always great service at reasonable rates. Very highly recommended

Paid £190 for a 10 minutes visit, engineer came shortly after call but didn't manage to fix anything and didn't know what the problem was.. absolutely no value for money
