Alex installed a new airing cupboard cylinder on Wednesday 12th June. He turned up on time with a schoolboy on work experience and he was great with the young lad, explaining each detail of the installation and other plumbing routines. Not only did he install the cylinder but added a few plumbing extras to help me in future with small water jobs. Finally he did a great job and was extremely polite and professional, a nice guy. We have used Acorn twice on separate occasions for two projects. One was fixing a system that was fitted two year prior and second project was a heating system covering two flats and a commercial shop on the ground floor. Alex and his team were extremely professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. They had absolutely no supervision from us and delivered exactly what they said they were going to. They work very tidy which is a real bonus when you have workman in a commercial property working around our employees. Catherine and her colleagues in the office are extremely efficient running the appointments, accounts and keeping the communication open with the clients which made our lives much easier. We would recommend their services 100% and will certainly use them again should we need any more plumbing done.

Great friendly service and responsive to emails and phone calls. My boiler had been gradually expiring over the past few years and finally began to splutter it's last. I decided to try the 'online' boiler quote tool which was very easy to use and gave a good idea of how much the replacement would cost. I was pleased that the quote came in slightly lower after the engineer visited to assess the work.

This is not a reflection of any work carried out by the team however we were unfortunate enough to be subject to one drivers insistence to remain attached to our bumper on a small one track road near Ashridge today. Nice to see he shared this experience with other road users. Have to say I’ve been put off.
