Unfortunately RKW plumbing and Heating LTD failed to diagnose the problem with our central heating system correctly and after charging over £1000 for unnecessary work the heating system still had the same fault. They then advised us than we needed to replace the whole system and boiler which we luckily did not do as the fault turned out to be something else and was in the end diagnosed by a non qualified person with alot if common sense. No apology was forthcoming from RKW. They maybe competent plumbers but keep them away from your heating system. Given one star as there is no option for minus stars.
Fitted a boiling water tap and a washing machine, there were some complications with the pipes so they had a lot to do, but did a great job and were professional throughout, i'd recommend them.
RKW provide a fantastic service. They are always punctal and work with the minimum of fuss and disturbance. RKW installed a new boiler for us in tricky conditions and did so brilliantly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
