Woke up to a boiler that wouldn’t fire. Jez was away but the team promised to see if one of the team could fit me in. Within 15 mins Nathan called back to organise a time to squeeze me. Was with me with 2 hours and fixed the problem. Great service and value for money (especially as British Gas were going to charge me over £300). Highly recommend and will use again.
