Paul is a lovely, friendly, efficient plumber. He is fast, reliable and likeable. However, there is a but - he installed the bathroom fine, and there are no leaks, but nothing, and I mean nothing, is straight! The toilet sits at an angle to the wall, the vanity unit is totally out, the radiator is twisted, the shower screen not straight on to the bath side - there is more. He said he would mastic, and also said he could lay the floor, as it goes under the vanity, which is on legs. Well, the mastic is everywhere, he cannot finish it properly, without smearing it all over the tiles, shower screen and floor, even in the loo! The floor is ruined, and has been replaced, at our expense. The mastic has been re-done, at our expense. He said he would re-do it, but honestly, I couldn’t trust him. He came back and apologised, which was nice, but didn’t offer to give us any money back, which we had paid him in good faith. So now we are paying to put right his errors. He also recommended a tiler, another Paul. He was good. - except he chipped lots of tiles at the edges, covered it up, buggered the door frame, then disappeared. I could write more, I had a whole list, the bath panel, the vanity drawers, the blocked hand basin, but I think I’ve put the main points, and I’m still too upset to go through the lot - cost a bomb, looked like a bomb had gone off in it! Safe to say, every time I go in my bathroom, I’m sad. The before pictures are on his web page, but, I note, not the ‘finished’ article!

Wow, I don't know what's to say, Paul's plumbing is just incredible, my baths never been the same can't believe I settled for any leasss wow Paul really pulled through
