Called on a Thursday afternoon about leak from washing machine. Was advised would be contacted for attendance Friday morning. Stayed in on day off all morning. Chase up calls to 2x mobtel and land line. Message left and no reply at all (writing review 1415hrs Monday afternoon). Wasted my time.
