Had an accident whilst repairing some floorboards and went through a pipe with a screw. Simon @ Simbuild answered the phone straight away. I told him what I had done & he gave me some instructions over the phone to minimise the leak & stem the flow. He turned up 20mins later (bear in mind this was a Saturday) and within another 5 mins he had isolated the issue & stopped the leak. As the pipe I went through was a radiator fed, this meant draining the whole system, then repairing the pipe & then re-filling & re-pressurising the whole central heating system. He was all done in just over an hour after testing the central heating all worked and the repair to the pipe was good. He then left. Also after speaking to friends and family about my "Mishap" it seems the costs for call out & the repair were very reasonable and less than some have paid just for people to turn up, let alone get a spanner out of their toolbox... I would 100% recommend Simon & Simbuild to anyone needing emergency plumbing
