We are so pleased with this company. They do a fantastic job every time we use them. Their employees are so trustworthy, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They complete each job we have had done In a very timely manner. We don’t have to worry about cleaning up after them and they are very respectful. I give them a definite 5 star rating. Field Supervisor Max Cruz came out to do a diagnostic on my A/C unit. Extremely professional, extremely thorough. He taught me a lot about my air systems. Really took care of me. Quickly spotted things I could do to improve the performance of my systems. I would recommend We Care highly.

The meeting with Ed the specialist went quite well. There was no pressure. He showed me there were no hidden or added fees. He made me feel at ease with my selection of the HVAC system. I knew at first if Costco stood behind "We Care" they must have met a high standard and sure enough they did. Great job keep up the good work.

I purchased an air conditioner from we care last year. Installation was a week out during the summer so they supplied me with two portable air conditioners. They ended up installing the new unit in less than a week. They always answer the phone, answer questions and dispatch help if needed. I've been extremely happy with their professionalism.
