Tim arrived when he said he would and was polite and friendly. He quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the part we needed. He was back on the next working day to carry out the works and demonstrated exactly what the issue was. He also showed the work carried out to ensure we'd seen an improvement (fan sounded much quieter). Would definitely recommend
