8.00am Christmas Eve and the boiler packs up. Visions of a houseful of visitors cold and no hot water for the next few days. However one call to Columbus and by 10.30am a working boiler and a Happy Christmas again. What a first class, professional service. Thank You

After a total let down by another company I contacted Columbus and received a quick first class service. In addition the engineer who visited appears to have solved an intermittent problem which no other engineer has been able identify properly. I recommend Columbus unreservedly
