Absolutely discuses of the service level! booked 3 millions appointments regarding fire alarm upgrade! attendee 1 done half job and no show! Made a formal complain to council and eventual some one show! Never on time not carry out they works with care!! Previously scratched my washing machine and now on first stage while moving the fridge damage front stand!! Never come over to see the damage !! Total rubbish! Will never use them again!!

Annual gas saftey check guy was in for 5 min nvr took the top of my boiler to check. Nvr checked smoke alarms or raidators

I have been a maintenance plan customer for just over a year, and cannot praise the service I have received highly enough. As well as the annual service, I have had to called engineers out on two occasions. Following the breakdown of my boiler, today a valve has been replaced by a very pleasant and efficient engineer, covered by my plan. Fantastic service and peace of mind for the future.
