Came out within half an hour, reasonable pricing for what was a quick and efficient job. Hard to see how it could have been any better! Also, it shouldn’t have to be said (but it does), as a mum at home alone with a young child, I felt safe and happy with Kevin on my property. I always dread calling tradespeople as we have all had experiences of teeth-sucking rip off merchants, but my experience with SOS was a pleasure. Highly recommended, and details saved for next time!
Kevin turned up within an hour and took time to diagnose the issue. Personable and willing. Within the hour the drain was unblocked and after the job was finished was fully tidied up and cleaned. Excellent 5 stars.
Excellent service from Kevin in unblocking an outside drain. Clean, neat and efficient workmanship, and a pleasant and obliging chap. Would certainly use SOS again if I needed to.
