Terrible experience, even one star is generous. Thuggery and bullying are the way of doing business. His TrustATrader account must be full of fake reviews or bullying his way to reviews. His scoping is way off, or he knows once he is in, he can rip you off. Generally a nasty piece of work. Stay well clear.
