Rude receptionist. Had 2 plumbers out in 2 days in a row still no hot water, they both walked out knowing the problem wasn’t fixed and were not prepared to fix it even tho my boiler is under Warrenty with ideal who they will Bill for doing nothing. They Do not even deserve the 1 star.

Engineers are decent when they come out but it's getting through the female who answers the phone who tried repeatedly to turn me away even though I am an existing customer. Took my custom elsewhere.

I found this company very arrogant and unhelpful.

Disappointed . The representive who i spoke to initially was quite dismissive and unhelpful - I think she really wanted to go for her lunch instead of helping me !
