Great fast service called at 2:30pm. They said someone can be there in about an hour and Dominic arrived in about an hour. He was informative nice and through. Their rates are reasonable another service charged me double for the same services. Thank you so much!!

Wonderful customer service (Mike on the phone) and followup. Dominic just installed a new water heater for me. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. Very competitive prices. The office staff is also very efficient, calling to inform me to let me know that Dominic was running late with a new estimate arrival time. Have used them in the past for various plumbing problems. Not punctual. I left work early to meet them during the arranged time window. Not only did they not show up, but also didn't let me know they were going to be late. How can you trust them to do a good job, when they disrespect the customer like that?

Definitely would recommend your company. In the day of service, was sent email of picture of the plumber, Doug who would be coming over. Doug was professional and quickly accessed situation and after agreeing with invoice started job. He replaced our water heater and put in a new faucet. He cleaned up after he was done. We are definitely happy with the service from Doug and Smelly Mel’s.
