K.H. Heating

From a distance of nearly 400 miles away with only periodic visits to the area, and in very sensitive circumstances, I have had to order considerable changes to a property in order to place it on the market for sale. K H Heating were tasked with implementing all these changes on exacting timescales - with many at short notice - and Karl undertook to organise it all. I was unbelievably fortunate. Service was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble and the overall result was excellent. In my experience - UK-wide and extensive, where such companies are concerned - K H Heating is peerless. Anyone moving to the Richmond area and in need of heating/plumbing services should consult them first.

Outstanding service. My personal circumstances were taken into account, I was a brand new customer but despite how busy the team was I was treated as a ‘special customer’. I felt cared for and well looked after and my heating went from being completely broke to having a new boiler fitted within 24 hours. Being unwell myself and having 2 young children I will be eternally grateful for the outstanding service and support that I received. I met 4 members of the team and they all worked seamlessly to support each other! A real stand out business. I won’t be going anywhere else for my heating and plumbing requirements!

We have just had our bathroom ripped out and completely refurbished, and the boiler changed, by Karl's teams of plumbers, plasterers, tilers and electricians. To say that we are delighted would be an understatement. The standard of workmanship is excellent throughout. Where once we had a dribble for a shower we now have limitless hot water from a "rainfall" head, with an additional hand held shower, all in a glass walk in enclosure. The basin appears to defy gravity, fixed to the immaculate tiling, and the bath fits neatly in the opposite side of the bathroom with a toilet to match. Highlights for us, though not for the plumber Lee who had to do it, were drilling through the 22 inch stone walls to connect the wastes to the external pipework, and the way he managed to conceal his work. Darren, who squared off a very odd shaped bathroom so that the shower tray and tiling would fit, was absolutely superb. There were so many other jobs he had to tackle, and all with good humour and tirelessly. Any concerns we had were all dealt with by Karl, in charge of the whole project. We wholeheartedly recommend this company.

So grateful to KH Heating for sorting my elderly mother-in-laws broken boiler this morning! 5 star service guys. Thank you.
