Andy arrived early evening on a callout for a leak. Arrived when he said he would. Even though it had obviously been a long day he was very friendly and courteous. Took care not to cause any mess. Even down to putting a cover in the base of the shower not to damage the base or cause footprints on the floors. Stuck to task and fixed the leak. Would certainly recommend him to friends.
