I have used BSH for over 5 years now and the service is second to non, prompt when attending, fully knowledgeable and will explain what is required to resolve the fault, but will also advise all options to fix ensuring me as the customer have the option to decide within my budget whilst also being safe, I really couldn't recommend enough.
