Highly recommended, punctual, knowledgeable and what impressed me the most was his ingenuity in finding a simple solution instead of just changing a large expensive unit.
Friendly and efficient
We had a nightmare straight after Christmas when the boiler packed in no hot water or heating with 3 children to keep warm we made a few phone calls and every quote was through the roof or they couldn’t call out to fix it for two weeks!! Then we was recommended to ring Chris and he came back with a great quote which we could afford and he replaced the boiler the next day which was a very neat and tidy job as he also replaced some old bad pipe work!! We have a new boiler fully tested and certified safe under warranty and a care plan set up.... Would highly recommend great service and great after care 10 out of 10
Chris came round at super short notice for us this morning as our boiler had stopped working. Fixed the boiler and a leaking radiator, no fuss just straight to it. Really nice guy and very pleased with what he's charged. Will be using him again for sure. Thanks Chris!
Lovely fella, not only sorted out the problem but explained what went wrong and to correctly fix it my self in the future, call out fee is next to nothing and gave great advice. Thank you Chris I'll be dishing out your number in the neibourhood!
