Garry arrived and provided a quote and charged £40.00 call out charge but did advise us as to what the problem was with the toilet and the cost to resolve it, and it would be a full days work. The work was booked and the date was agreed. We were told the plumber Olly would call on the day to give the time he was arriving, and after chasing the original plumber Garry to say he had not arrived. Olly called and denied all knowledge of the job as he was busy all day but he would come on Wednesday afternoon. Needless to say he never arrived and we have not had any communication from either of them since. Totally unreliable and we are £40 out of pocket! Avoid them like the plague.
Fantastic plumber with great pricing. Came round asap to fix our toilet cistern, was straight forward with us and got the job done. Would highly recommend.
