Rollin Air, INC

My experience with them has been a nightmare! They came out to install a new water heater and I water pressure to n my home is very poor now. I called to get the technician back out and they said it would be a couple hours before he could make it, half way through waiting they send me a text message saying they cancelled him coming back out. I tried to call at 4:54pm but they are now closed. It's been a week that I've had no got water and now it looks like it will be another day. I'm very disapointted with this company and I hope no one has to go through what we are going through.

I have pipe leak and they came twice to check the leak and they didn’t do any thing. 3 weeks later and I still have a water leak and a hole in the ceiling and terrible service. I will never use them again

I was extremely please with Rollin Air. My technician was Arthur. He was excellent!! Very professional in appearance, communication and knowledge of the AC system. Every room in the house is now COLD! Arthur is among one of the best service reps. from any company I have had to my home in years. Truly a great asset to his profession and Rollin Air!! Thank you Arthur!!

Rollin Air understood my need to have working air. I didn't have that for almost 2 weeks and I fault my home warranty company for that. Their technician, Arturo, went the extra mile in locating a difficult to find part. I am now comfortable in my house.

Prior to Rollin Air coming out I read a lot of negative reviews. It turns out that my experience was nothing like those that gave the negative reviews. Rollin was quick to schedule with me. On the day of the appointment, they communicated when I should expect the technician. The technician was professional, knowledgable, and efficient. My unit was repaired, and I'm getting cold air again. That's all of what I expect from a company I'm doing business with. I'm totally satisfied with my experience!!"
