Called Farrell about a leak that we could hear streaming but not see in our new kitchen, and the lack of heating and hot water. Farrell gave notified me of how long it would take to get to us and provided an update of when he was on his way. He offered a temporary solution and to return to complete the works during the next morning at a cheaper rate, sensitive to the fact that I am pregnant and was exhausted. He arrived as promised the next morning and worked through to get everything fixed, explaining what was wrong, short and long term options and advised on other elements which may require attention in future. When asked if we should just address some potential issues now, he advised we wait until it actually becomes an issue, clearly concerned about offering good advice and not just wanting to make money. He was tidy and courteous. He even drove me to the cash point to get some money out for payment. Very rare to find someone so helpful. To top it off he even tried to give me money off as a gesture for our coming baby! I would highly recommend. Thank you so much Farrell. I am so utterly grateful.

Farrell came out the same day to give me a quote for an urgent boiler replacement and organised for the work to be completed within a few days - his price was competitive and the work was carried out v. professionally and to a high standard. Great customer service - really pleased with the work. Thank you!

We had a pipe gushing with water in our kitchen. These guys arrived within 25 minutes and fixed the problem within 20 minutes. Polite and pleasant and would definitely recommend.

Called for a boiler issue, charged me £80 labour for ?an hour even though he was barely there 10 minutes, barely touched the boiler, took money from my tenant, admitted he had no idea and will need to do ‘research’. His research told him it was possibly an issue with the fan, although not certain so would need to spend further 120 for installation of a fan plus about 250 just for the fan itself ? Then we have no idea whether we will need to keep going with more works if he can’t get it started by replacing the fan !!! I think probably has poor knowledge about boilers, I will not be using again. Honestly Dr’s don’t even get paid that much...... disgraceful!
