I am recently out of hospital unable to use my on suite bathroom as step to shower too high. Decided on walk in shower. Dave fit me into his busy schedule and all completed in 3 days including new ceiling etc. It is money very well spent to feel secure and another excellent job by dave having had a new boiler from dsm year ago. I highly recommend dsm good job value for money. Thanks

Disappointed. After such a positive and encouraging visit to the showroom and arranging for an appointment to get a quote, nobody turned up and no phone call to explain! Just wasted my time. An enquiry phone call to DSM 2 days later got to an answerphone but nobody ever responded to my message requesting another appointment. Got sorted straight away at another supplier.
Great service, money well spent. Great job done. I want to add that the new fireplace in my lounge looks great, having a multi fuel stove has provided a new heart to my home. The staff in the showroom were helpful and informative at helping me to choose which stove was right for my lifestyle. The engineer that installed it was polite and helpful.I felt at ease having this company carry out such a complex job. I would definitely recommend having any type of work done by this company. I would use again.
