For the past couple years I have been searching to find an honest man, specifically, an honest plumber. At long last, this month I found Direct Plumbing. I purchased a faucet online and thought I'd install it myself, but we have a huge garbage disposal and a 12-inch deep sink in the way. I'd tried all the usual plumbers in our area over time and had issues with them all, but Direct Plumbing was new to me & had 5 stars. He tech showed up on time, braved our big dogs, and charged a very reasonable price. Later, I realized when I'd held the faucet handle in place for him I had it in the wrong position. He returned the following week and fixed it without complaint. When I told him I'd pay for the additional visit, since the fault was more mine than his, he said no. He'll have all our business from this day forward--and I hope he has a long career. His kind of decency is increasingly rare today; if you call him for service, please match that decency--you'll never need another plumber. Thank you!!

My wife had alerted me that we need to get our septic tank pumped as water has been very slow flowing down the drain. I called several companies listed here on Google and made a decision to utilize. Alex, the owner, returned my call promptly and gave me a quote that was competitive. I did not want to use another company listed here that charged me 2x six years ago. I arranged for a 2:00 PM appointment today. I received a call from Alex advising that he is going to be a little late as he is still stuck with a previous appointment. Upon arrival he had surveyed the possible location of the septic tanks and proceeded and rang the doorbell. I notice two workers, clean and very presentable. Both went ahead and started to dig. Half an hour later, I was summoned to show me how full the two septic tanks were. 45 minutes later, both septic tanks had been drained, dirt put back and grass replaced. A very good experience indeed. Alex is an honest owner / operator and do not have any hesitation to recommend this company for your required septic needs. After which they were able to assist us with our sewer line repairs and camera inspections

Dov just left and I'm so impressed, that I had to review him right away. I am so happy and thankful that Dov came and fixed my problem!!! We really liked him and his work is top notch. A few notes: He's very professional and direct. We were very impressed with his professionalism and his work. Definitely, this guy's the one you should call. Just call him directly. My mother's house had been smelling like sewer for about 4 years now; the smell comes and goes, but is more noticeable when it rains. When it's really bad, waste overflows into the basement. Yes, it's pretty awful. Dov came, assessed the situation, gave us his recommendations, and fixed everything --all in 2hrs!!! Really, amazing. My 4 year headache fixed just like that. Seriously, you have no idea how happy I am not to be smelling sewer all day. I feel like I can breathe again --literally! Call Dov to get it fixed, I'm sure you'll be happy like me.

When compared to other plumbers who required phone calls, back and forth without actually providing quotes, and in some cases did not call back at all, choosing This is a business type where the service provider needs to be willing to get their hands dirty. Like really dirty. Daniel and his associate did a great job with my place, unafraid to get to the "root" of the issue. They take cash, check and credit card, and in my case were completely done with the job in just twenty minutes. (While some point to a short appointment as a negative, I say, it's a job I'm not doing myself and the faster you can do it, the better) They were late, but also proactive about taking corrective action. I appreciate this in a service provider. Gateway also offers a 30 day warranty on their work, so while I certainly hope I don't need to take advantage of it, I feel confident the problem will actually get solved in the unlikely case it isn't already.

I called Direct Plumbing to replace a water heater at my parents house and I'm so glad I did. Thanks to fellow Googlers I know I made the best choice. From day one we have been in constant communication either by phone or email. It was never a hassle to contact him. Even before we decided to choose him he came out to look at the broken water heater. He took out the water heater and made sure the leaking stopped. Not to mention make sure everything was safe. We used lowes for our last water heater replacement. They were the worst, shady business installers. My parents are super happy about the install. Over the years they delt with other handymans, roofers, tile guys you name it. By far they said Harry was the best they had someone work on their home. My parents have never spoke so highly of a repairman before. We are lifelong customers, we know who we are going to call if something else arises. We have never like anyone so much we could recommend to friends/family. But Harry will come with the highest recommendation from us.
