Jack agreed to come out and give us a quote for a gas boiler installation. He didn't show up at all on the day we agreed, and when we called him he admitted that he'd forgotten about it entirely. We re-arranged for him to come over a few days later and this time he remembered our appointment. He agreed to send me the quote by e-mail that evening or the next morning, but despite a text message reminding him, he still hasn't got back to us almost a month later. We've since had a boiler fitted by another firm. Sadly, I couldn't recommend Jack as we've found him to be highly unreliable.

My Plumber 4U Ltd is a great and honest company. Everything went smoothly from the initial call to the finalisation of the work. Jack came on very short notice when my boiler broke down to have a look at it (the next day, within 24h). Unfortunately the part that broke was internal and my boiler being old, that part was not available anymore. I then asked for a quote to convert my current heat only system to a combi boiler, the quote was reasonably priced so I decided to go ahead with. Booking a date was straightforward, there was no messing about. Jack was also on time the 3 times he came to my house. The installation had a couple of challenges (difficult access to loft over the boiler, old pipes that needed replacing, new gas pipe to go through the whole house to install, boiler to fix on a stud wall) but Jack managed to found quick solutions to all these difficulties, discussing with me the best options before caring the work. The installation took two days, Jack was clean and tidy. He organised an electrician to come and wire the thermostat and also brought all the materials with him. After the installation was completed, he also took the time to explain how to use the new boiler. I would recommend My Plumber 4U Ltf to anyone needing work with their heating systems

Very fast response and did a brilliant job. Had a leaking pipe so had to call out in the night. Very good and professional, work done quickly and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend and will use again but I will make sure I have plenty of tea in next time. Once again thank you Jack
