As A N Norris fitted the central heating system on behalf of David Wilson Homes in our new home, I thought I would give them the opportunity to service it at 12 months old, 3 weeks on after leaving them a message I am still waiting for someone called Jason to call me back. But don't worry A N Norris I have had it serviced by a local company who will get my business going forward, obviously this was to small a job for you.

These chaps don't take ownership of problems associated with the products and workmanship of the houses they fit. Obviously you don't have a choice who the builders contracted to, but if AM Norris fitted I highly recommend getting in your own independent plumber to check boiler and plumbing installation fully before you complete the purchase.

The guy came out to fix my boiler and he actually did it in 5 mins , he was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing I would definitely recommend them and him .

Back in August 2018 a AM Norris van veered across the other side of the road and hit my vehicle taking the wing mirror clean off and damaging the drivers side door. It was a hot summers day and I had the window down and had my arm rested on the bottom of the window-how I was not injured I will never know. The AM Norris van failed to stop at the scene and I alongside bystanders was left to clear up the shrapnel. After the incident I called AM Norris and spoke to Louise informing her of the event. She said that the vans were fitted with trackers and this would confirm. After a day or so I got an email from AM Norris asking me to send the invoice through to them and they would involve their insurers- therefore admitting liability. I sent through the invoice for the circa £500 wing mirror replacment and waited. After 2 months or so I recieved a letter from AM Norris' insurance who informed me that trackers had shown that the vehicle did stop and that they would not be paying out. Blatantly lying. I rang AXA insurance and was told to get a witness statement. I did so and sent it off. I have now just been told that the witness statement is insufficient as they did not see the crash they only heard it. AM Norris have been an utter disgrace in this matter and I for one would never use them and certainly never recommend them.
