I Waited For help never came to help me very very bad

Not too pleased with the service. I purchased a new home so I needed to get the locks changed as soon as possible. I purchased 3 entry locks and had them keyed the same, that went fine. I wanted them installed, the kid helping me needed help and the person who should have helped him (or done it herself) set up the install was NOT wanting to help him, so 4 days later I still have not heard from the person who was supposed to call me the next day to set up the install.
