Turrall Contracting Services

A colleague recommended Paul a while ago and I kept his number in my phone. I had a 'Home Emergency' of water escape and am under Direct Line for this. Due to the poor weather their contractors could not reach me before 72 hours, therefore allowed me to arrange my own plumber. I called Paul who answered his mobile (a novelty nowadys!) and explained the problem. He said he would be with me within the hour, which he adhered to. He said there was no call out charge and would have a look initially. Paul quickly assessed the work and identified the problem and gave me a price. He then went on to complete the job in a very efficient and professional manner. He stuck to the quote as stated which was very reasonable. Although he knew this was covered by insurance he chose to be honest and decent and didn't rip me off. He's one of those 'old school' tradesman who you can trust. There really aren't enough of these about from past experience. Paul was pleasant and friendly. I can HIGHLY recommend this Company and wouldn't hesitate to use again. In fact I'm glad I made contact for future reference. Therefore, don't get ripped off by cowboys! I have even recommended and given his number to my elderly parents which I wouldn't do lightly. Thank you SO much. The job was done perfectly :-)
